Gemini Kintsugi Sculpture – Travertine Marble Disk
The Gemini sculpture is a geometric disk carved from natural travertine, finished with a hand-applied metallic vein inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi — repairing broken pottery with precious metal. Because the stone is natural, the pitting, color and vein placement vary from piece to piece.
At 7 inches wide and just 1 inch deep, it stands upright easily on a shelf or desk as a sculptural accent.
Stylist's note from Carol: "I love to style this stone disk upright on an entryway console — its weight feels substantial, and its story makes it a nice conversation piece."
