Villa Decor Design Style: Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing & Lead Times

In-Stock Items: Typically processed within 3-5 business days. Due to warehouse variables, some items may take up to 14 days to ship.

Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture: These pieces require a production lead time of 6–8 weeks before they are ready for transit.

Operating Hours: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit
Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the product and your delivery location. All transit times are estimates only and represent the time an item takes to reach you after it leaves the factory.

Expedited Shipping: Available on select items for an additional fee. Please email info@villadecordesign.com for a quote before placing your order.
3. Backordered Items
If an item goes on backorder, you will be charged for the full order amount at checkout to reserve your place in the production line.

Split Shipments: We will ship all in-stock items immediately. Backordered items will ship as they become available at no additional shipping charge to you.

Cancellations: To cancel a backordered item, please contact us immediately. Once a backordered item has entered the shipping process, it falls under our standard Return Policy (including potential restocking fees).
4. Freight Delivery & Inspection (Crucial)
Because many of our items are furniture or large-scale decor, they require special handling.

Appointment: The carrier will call to schedule delivery. Failure to meet the driver may result in re-delivery fees charged to the customer.

Inspection: You must inspect the packaging before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If there is visible damage to the box, you must note "Damaged" on the driver’s paperwork.

Reporting: As per our Return Policy, any damage or defects must be reported to info@villadecordesign.com with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
5. International Shipping & Customs
While we strive for prompt delivery, Villa Decor Design Style is not responsible for Customs delays, which are outside of our control. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
